解剖にそなえて、曲がっていた大包丁を叩き延ばし電動砥石で研いでおきました。 「カンナの裏出し」や「ノコギリのてーへー直し」の要領で曲がりを修正できるのですが、 全鋼でブ厚いので1丁修正するのに30分以上はかかります。
